Annual Academy Salute

The Academy's only annual fundraiser, the Salute is a fun-filled evening honoring Oklahoma's congressional delegation, statewide elected and appointed officials and the legislative leadership.

Annual Academy Town Hall

 Held annually in late October, the Town Hall renews the arts of listening, discussing and determining a direction on a given issue. 150 participants are chosen from across the state and spend three days answering questions on the researched issue under focus. Recommendations from the Town Hall are then implemented through community and legislative action.

Legislators Welcome Event

Every February, the Oklahoma Academy hosts a reception to welcome back legislators for the spring legislative session.

Spring Information Forum

The Spring Information may be a lunch event or simply a half day forum, designed to share information on issues immediately facing the State. Oftentimes, the topic of the forum or luncheon is directly related to a recommendation resulting from an Academy Town Hall. Panel presenters provide information covering all aspects of the topic and citizens have an opportunity to ask questions. The ultimate goal of the luncheons and forums is to raise awareness.
